Fashion Sightings at Philly Flower Show

Ok, I admit it. I fell hopelessly in love with Aloha Man at the Philly Flower Show. Gotta love a guy that isn’t afraid to wear a skirt. And what about that tattoo? Spotted: a couple of botanical fashion forward mannequins…
