Stool Doubles as Planter and More

December 29, 2011 by

We love multi-functional designs that do double duty! From Australian designer Kristian Aus, the colorful Splash stool’s design is inspired by a raindrop touching earth.

Made from rotomolded polyethylene, it’s great for small spaces as it’s got a comfortable seat and when turned upside down, doubles in usefulness by becoming a planter or capacious container for your miscellaneous stuff…think umbrellas indoors and garden tools or towels outdoors?

Great as a planter, but you could also fill it with ice to keep your drinks cold. What would you store in yours?
