Once Upon a Stool

July 12, 2011 by

Influenced by both Japanese and Scandinavian design, French designer Alexandre Reignier sleekly bends a white lacquered aluminum base topped with slats of bleached natural ash wood resulting in a simple curved piece that could work well in a number of spaces indoors or out.

Only one hundred of Henri Stools have been manufactured, each signed by the designer.
