New Twist on Spring Gardening

March 31, 2010 by

Boing: Here’s a container garden ready for spring, or for springing. Philadelphia University Industrial Design student, Elana Lopez, repurposed the inner spring of a mattress to create this portable container garden for submission to Real Simple magazine.

I’d love to see the spring sprayed different colors too, maybe even a pewter finish. This could take off!
