		<description>These are amazing designs and there is another building in Portland, Oregon, that is in the final stages of actually having a green wall on a high rise.  It is the 18 story Federal building and it will have 250 foot green wall. Here&#039;s an article link on it by The Dirt.

So many &quot;green&quot; concepts are being incorporated for commercial structures (such as the Bank of America building at East 42nd and 6th Avenue in Manhattan) but this concept is taking what is needed and building around it! I am not one to &quot;embrace the modern&quot; personally, but this is where the future truly is! Brilliant!</description>
