So many “green” concepts are being incorporated for commercial structures (such as the Bank of America building at East 42nd and 6th Avenue in Manhattan) but this concept is taking what is needed and building around it! I am not one to “embrace the modern” personally, but this is where the future truly is! Brilliant!
