Urban Gardens

The UrbanGoGreen Expo takes place tomorrow, Saturday, October 24, from 10am-5pm at the 369th Harlem Armory, 40 W. 143rd Street at Lenox Avenue in New York City.

The green culture, business, career fair, and symposium promotes renewable energy, energy efficiency, recycling, sustainable living, health and wellness in urban communities. With the theme  “Greening the Culture,” the 2009 expo features vendors, live performances, an eco-art installation, eco-vintage fashion show, and a green economy expert symposium. The touring expo targets diverse and active consumers and creates high brand visibility for vendors, advertisers and sponsors while serving as a bridge between the urban consumer market and the green and renewable energy sector.
