		<description><![CDATA[Oh dear Nancy in Paris, didn&#039;t mean to touch a nerve! It was my impression, having spoken to a number of French people, that they did not believe it was an issue that our government should be focused on, and questioned why now, so many years later. Some believe it is a bone being thrown our way by Switzerland as we challenge them for banking information.  But, like most issues, there are opposing opinions, which is a good thing.
